Handling of vehicle taxes

Increasing the potential savings in fleet business

Paying the right amount of vehicle tax

Benefit from our watchful eye when checking your tax assessment notices.

When a lot of vehicles are registered in fleet operations, it pays to closely inspect the assessment notices for your vehicle tax. In many cases, the tax office makes incorrect assessments and calculations, usually to the detriment of the vehicle owner. With our digital solutions, we get to the bottom of any discrepancies and ensure that you only pay what is legally required – and not a single cent more.

Our solution for handling vehicle taxes is an easy way of reducing the costs of your fleet – a watchful expert eye is all that’s needed. There is no additional workload for you during the fully automated clearing process, meaning your staff are free to take care of other tasks.

  • Registration date
  • Date of decommissioning
  • Cylinder capacity
  • CO2 values
  • EU emission standard
  • Tax exemption
  • Other criteria

Handling of vehicle taxes

Not a cent more in taxes than is needed – we are on hand to help

Once you have submitted your original tax assessment notices, we give them a unique barcode and scan them. The figurative marks are then stored in our system and the fields defined beforehand are read out. If this is not possible in exceptional cases, then we classify the notices for follow-up and enter the data by hand. We attach the created figurative mark to the data record as a file. Here, we work under the assumption that you have already consulted the responsible central customs office regarding the transmission of relevant tax data in electronic form. The electronic tax data transmitted by the central customs office is then added to the data record created when entering the original documents. If the amount stated is higher than that which is legally required for payment, then we file an objection with the central customs office and monitor the situation until the corrected tax assessment notice is received.
